Elephants of Supreme Harmony 太和象

In Elephants of Supreme Harmony: Elephants, a herd of elephants stands in formation before an imperial palace, orderly and silent. Each body maintains distance, yet together they form an unspoken structure of alignment. Heavy clouds churn overhead without prompting movement or reaction. The elephants neither advance nor resist; they signify neither dominance nor spectacle. They simply remain, positioned alongside architecture, space, and time. Here, “harmony” is not an achieved resolution, but a sustained condition—one held in place beneath an imposing system, where stillness becomes the only visible form of balance.
