Born in 1974.
Graduated from Hebei School of Arts and Crafts in 1995, and from the Department of Chinese Painting, Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, in 1999.

Currently serves as Dean of the School of Fine Arts and Design, Hebei Normal University, Professor, and Master’s Supervisor.
He is also President of the Federation of Returned and Overseas Chinese Scholars of Hebei Normal University, Vice Chairman of the Hebei Artists Association, Deputy Director of the Chinese Painting Institute of the Hebei Painting Academy, Member of the China Artists Association, Executive Council Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the China Gongbi Painting Society, Deputy Director of its Flower-and-Bird Art Committee, and Vice President of the Beijing Gongbi Heavy-Color Painting Association.

1974年生。1995年毕业于河北工艺美术学校，1999年毕业于天津美术学院国画系，现任河北师范大学美术与设计学院院长，教授，硕士研究生导师，河北师范大学知联会会长，河北省美术家协会副主席，河北画院国画院副院长，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会副秘书长 常务理事、花鸟艺委会副主任，北京工笔重彩画会副会长。
