普通会员
Regular Members
凡从事或热爱东西方艺术与文化研究的学者、研究人员、教师、学生及文化工作者，如画家，雕塑家，摄影师，各种艺术形式的创作者等均可申请成为普通会员。
Scholars, researchers, educators, students, and cultural workers engaged in or interested in Eastern and Western art and culture, such as painters, sculptors, photographers, and other creators, may apply to become Regular Members.

机构会员
Institutional Members
从事东西方艺术文化相关领域的学术、文化机构，或支持本学会宗旨的非营利机构，可以申请成为机构会员。
Academic or cultural institutions related to Eastern and Western art and culture, or non-profit organizations supporting the Institute’s purposes, may apply to become Institutional Members.
荣誉会员
Honorary Members
对东西方文化艺术研究有卓越贡献的个人或团体，经学会理事会提名，会员大会批准后，可授予荣誉会员资格。
Individuals or organizations with exceptional contributions to Eastern and Western art and culture may be awarded Honorary Membership upon nomination by the Board of Directors and approval by the General Assembly.

Membership Rights
- 参与学会组织的各类学术活动及文化项目。
- 享有学会提供的学术资源、出版机会和研究资助申请权。
- 参加学会的会员大会，享有选举权、被选举权和表决权。
- 获得学会发布的学术刊物及相关研究成果。
- Participate in various academic and cultural activities organized by the Institute.
- Access academic resources, publication opportunities, and research funding offered by the Institute.
- Attend the General Assembly, with rights to vote, be elected, and participate in decision-making.
- Receive academic journals and research outcomes published by the Institute.
会员义务
Membership Obligations
- 遵守学会章程及学会的各项规章制度。
- 积极参与学会的活动，推动东西方艺术文化研究和交流。
- 按时缴纳会员费。
- 维护学会的声誉和学术诚信。
- Comply with the Institute’s bylaws and regulations.
- Actively participate in Institute activities, promoting Eastern and Western art and culture research and exchange.
- Pay membership fees on time.
- Uphold the reputation and academic integrity of the Institute.
会员的加入与退出
Membership Application and Withdrawal
- 申请加入本学会需提交申请表并经理事会批准。
- 会员可自愿退出学会，但需提前书面通知理事会。
- 若会员严重违反学会章程或有损学会声誉，理事会有权取消其会员资格。
- Applicants must submit an application form, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
- Members may voluntarily withdraw by notifying the Board in writing.
- Members who violate bylaws or harm the Institute’s reputation may have their membership revoked by the Board.
