About the Experience

In the fast pace of everyday life, we often become accustomed to constantly responding to the outside world, while forgetting to listen to our bodies and inner voices.

This HerArt Healing Art Lab invites you into a calm and supportive space for self-exploration. Through Yin Yoga, we will slowly settle into the body, releasing tension through breath and stillness. Through Intuitive Painting, we will explore emotions, sensations, and self-expression, allowing inner experiences to naturally flow through colors, textures, and movement.

This is not a class about painting skills, nor a structured performance-based workshop. It is a process of awareness, expression, and returning to yourself.
