The distant mountains, like dark ink, emerge faintly through the misty haze, reminiscent of a divine dragon whose head appears but tail remains unseen, leaving boundless space for imagination. In the midground, a few strokes of dry ink form sheer cliffs that rise resolutely, like a contemplative sage quietly observing the ever-changing clouds. A waterfall, hanging like a white ribbon in midair, descends not with a roar, but in serene silence, falling into the void of the valley below.

Pei Ding is the Director of the Guandao Museum, a landscape painter, sculptor, and collector. He is a member of the Jiangsu Artists Association, a National First-Class Stage Designer, a National Senior Interior Architect, Honorary Chairman of the Taixing Artists Association in Jiangsu Province, and a specially appointed professor at the Ceramic Research Institute of Yangzhou University.

远山如黛，在氤氲的墨气中若隐若现，仿佛神龙见首不见尾，留给人无尽的遐想。中景处，几笔枯墨扫出的崖壁毅然耸立，似一位沉思的智者，静观云卷云舒。一挂瀑布如白练垂空，它不是轰鸣的，而是静谧的，无声地落入山谷的虚无中。
