In And the Elephant 5, the elephant lies low upon a barren ground, its body heavy and nearly motionless. A withered tree stands beside it, broken yet still upright. A young elephant rests nearby; neither human nor elephant seeks contact or alignment. Proximity replaces interaction, and silence replaces exchange. The space is vast and emptied, time slowed to exhaustion. The work does not signal collapse or protection, but sustains a condition of continued coexistence—an unspoken presence that endures after effort has been spent.

《和象 5》中，象伏卧于荒凉地表，身体低垂，几近静止。一株枯树立于其侧，枝干断裂，却仍保持生长的姿态。幼象依偎其旁，人与象不再对视，也不再并行，关系转为贴近而沉默。空间开阔而空旷，时间被拉至极慢，仿佛一切动作已被消耗。作品并未指向衰亡或庇护，而是呈现一种在疲惫之后仍然持续的共处状态——一种无言却未中断的存在。
