Restart 重启 - Song, Angelica

The series “Restart” explores the reconstruction of consciousness and the renewal of self-perception through a virtual visual language. Centered on the silhouette of the human head, each image uses points and lines, fragmented forms, and rebirth-like transformations to depict an internal journey of continuous "disintegration" and "rebooting" amid the collision of memory and technology. Brain structures appear to shatter and disperse into space, only to be reassembled in another dimension—suggesting the remaking of the self in the digital age. 

The series is not only a visual experiment on mental states but also a philosophical meditation beyond reality: in an era where we are constantly faced with information overload, identity fragmentation, and existential anxiety, how do we reconnect with ourselves? Perhaps fragmentation is not the end, but the beginning—a necessary prelude to renewal. Through repeated breakdown and reconstruction, consciousness discovers new forms and fresh potential.

本组作品《重启》以虚拟视觉语言探讨“意识的重构”与“自我认知的更新”。作品围绕人类头部的侧影展开，通过点线交织、形体破碎与再生的视觉转化，呈现出个体在科技与记忆碰撞中的“瓦解”与“重启”过程。画面中，脑部结构不断崩解、飘散，又似在另一维度中重组，象征数字时代中自我意识的重构过程。

作品不仅呈现出一种关于心智状态的视觉实验，更是一场超越现实的哲学演绎：在信息过载、精神分裂与身份模糊的时代焦虑中，个体如何重新连接自我？或许，“破碎”正是“重启”的必要前奏——在不断重组的过程中，意识获得了新的形态与可能。
