Slices or experience No.11 切片或经验 11
In Slices or Experience No.11, the image is again divided into distinct geometric units. Historical sculpture, ceramic fragments, dice, ornamental patterns, and textual labels are placed side by side, yet remain isolated, resisting narrative continuity. Severed limbs and shattered porcelain appear in parallel, without implying violence or causality—only a condition of disassembly. Words attached to the steps function like imposed labels, through which experience is repeatedly named and categorized, yet never restored as a whole. Here, slicing no longer emerges from time, but operates as an ongoing structural act—experience is broken down, displayed, and observed, without the possibility of reassembly.
