Artist Testimonial

"The opening featured an engaging discussion, Eastern traditional sensibilities competing with Western exploration. Heritage is preserved and maintained when both knowledge and wisdom are practiced and mastered. This, in turn, suggests perfection has been achieved. Western attitudes are often motivated by commerce. The Renaissance can be seen as a competition in perspective and anatomy. Portfolios become saturated with redundant themes dictated by the tastes of a capitalistic audience, both religiously and secularly. What starts as being inventive becomes repetitive.

"If perfection is mastered, innovation becomes unnecessary. If innovation is the driver, then history is deemed obsolete and perfection never achieved. Whether filtered through Eastern tradition or Western commercialism, creativity is the sole responsibility of the artist. By succumbing to a formula, the artist is no longer an artist.

"The diversity displayed in the exhibition suggests the participants are artists."
— Victor J. Paluck

"It was an immense honor to be part of the exhibition Beyond Time & Space – An International Art Exhibition of Selected Works (No.1), where the universal language of art broke barriers and spoke through colors and artists’ souls. As a Romanian artist from the medieval town of Sighisoara, I felt proud to display my art alongside such talented and remarkable artists. I am thankful for this great and unique experience and very happy that my art was recognized and appreciated."
— Rares Kerekes

"Exhibiting my artwork at YM Gallery for the first time was an incredibly rewarding experience. Being selected and honored with the Maple Leaf Award filled me with pride and motivation to continue pursuing my artistic journey. The support and encouragement from the gallery team, along with the positive feedback from attendees, truly made me feel valued as an artist. This opportunity not only gave me invaluable exposure but also inspired me to keep pushing my creative boundaries. I am deeply grateful to YM Gallery for providing such an inspiring platform, and I look forward to future collaborations."
— Ashraf Sheibaniaghdam

— Min Wan

— Wanyuda Wan
